Returns 

WARRANTY - 12 months 

We want to ensure we only give you the best quality products. That’s why we give you 12 months warranty for your peace of mind. 

At Molina Suaz we individually quality check all of our products before they are sent to our customers. However if something doesn’t meet your expectations please contact us.

Note: Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

 

CHANGE OF MIND (Monogrammed Items) 
Unfortunately we do not accept returns for products which have been monogrammed. 

CHANGE OF MIND (Non Personalised items)

If you change your mind you’re welcome to return your purchase within 30 days of delivery date assuming items meets the necessary conditions required.

Please email us at info@molinasuaz.com with your order number to let us know you wish to return your item due to change of mind.  

 Change of mind conditions:

Item must be unused, be in its original condition and resellable

Item has not been monogrammed

Items need to be retuned with original packaging

All attachments (e.g bag straps) that arrived with the item must be returned also

Damage as a result of general wear and tear do not warrant the item as faulty  

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.


SALE ITEMS 
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. 

Return shipping: 
Return shipping due to change of mind will be at your own expense. Molina Suaz will not liable for any incurred losses or damages that are incurred during the returns process.

Signature on delivery to Molina Suaz is required. Please email us at info@molinasuaz.com with your order number to let us know you wish to return your item due to change of mind.  

Product Colours 

Please note we endeavour to display colours of products that appear on Molina Suaz website as accurately as possible.

Please note however, that as computer monitors, tablets, mobile and other electronic devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colour will be identical to the physical item received.

Refunds & Faulty Products

Refunds will be solely at the discretion of Molina Suaz PTY LTD.

Please email info@molinasuaz.com to notify us of your intention to return a faulty product. Your order number and photographs of the products will be required.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
